Includes one workout plan to follow on your own. I suggest running the plan for two weeks before purchasing a new one. Exercises do not change in that two week period. I can tailor the plan to be done in your gym or worth what equipment you have available. I can also design a body weight circuit for those who do not have any access to gym equipment. All plans include which daily exercises to do , including sets and reps.
